Spotless appoints Nick Ente as Chief Executive Officer, Braiform

Spotless Group today announced the appointment of Nick Ente as Chief Executive Officer Braiform, the company’s Retailer Services division.
Braiform, headquartered in Hong Kong, has operations spanning more than 30 countries and is the world leader in environmentally friendly garment hanger Re-Use programs – recycling around one billion hangers annually. The business is also well known for its packaging solutions and new hanger offerings to retailers around the world.
In announcing Mr Ente’s appointment Spotless’ Managing Director and CEO, Mr Jo Farnik, said he was pleased with the calibre of expertise within the company that enabled an internal appointment.
“An extensive internal and external search was conducted and Nick’s executive experience and global business exposure, confirms his aptitude for the role,” said Mr Farnik.
Mr Ente, who joined Braiform in December 2007, brings with him extensive international management, sales and marketing experience. During a 25-year career in Shell he has held a number of executive roles in Shell, covering a number of different industry sectors, based in Australia and internationally in Indonesia and the Netherlands.
Prior to joining Braiform as Global Sales and Marketing Director, Mr Ente was CEO for an Australian based biodiesel venture.
Braiform has undergone significant internal restructuring in the last 12 months, including the appointment of Peter Wilson as Braiform’s Executive Chairman. In addition, the integration of the Plasti-form and Braitrim brands to form Braiform, has positioned the business well to leverage IP, global scalability and harness growth opportunities as a single global brand under Mr Ente’s leadership.

Mr Ente takes over as CEO from Mr Farnik who was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Spotless Group in July 2008.
