To start, our designers present concepts employing the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology. The CAD design can then be utilised to quickly produce high quality rapid prototype parts. These parts give the customer a feel for the product and are used to check the garment display and retention.
After the prototype has client approval, the mould design and production is progressed. Depending on the production volume, the optimum mould type, mould size and production, technology is selected to ensure consistent quality is achieved globally.
